Two half-day intensives to learn & practice the basics of management
A small cohort of participants from a variety of Austin High Tech Roundtable member companies will meet for the two intensive training sessions that make up the Boot Camp.
Each session features:
- Presentation of frameworks on research-based management skills for tech leaders
- Discussion about the topics that move beyond theory and challenge students to think critically, practice in a “lab” environment and explore the challenges of implementation
- Translation of the training topics into the context of their companies through the use of mini-case studies and roleplays to simulate leadership situations they will encounter
