Go deeper and have your mastery of management skills recognized
Graduates of the Boot Camp may opt to continue their management studies in order to be fully certified as Austin Tech Managers. Participants can choose to complete any four of eight elective topics, which are offered in 90-minute sessions throughout the year.
1. Post-Course 360 Review
After completion of both Boot Camp sessions, plus at least four elective sessions, we will deploy an anonymous survey to be sent to approximately five individuals from your company who can provide feedback on observable management behaviors. Results of this feedback will be provided to your HR Director, your supervisor and you.
2. Wrap-Up Coaching Meeting
An executive coach will conduct a one-hour certification interview with you that features:
- A scenario-based test to measure your application of course frameworks real world leadership situations
- Feedback on your Go-And-Do exercises and 360 review
- Debrief of your lessons learned
Once you have successfully completed the Boot Camp, four electives, the 360 review and the wrap-up coaching meeting, you will receive a credential from the Austin HR High Tech Roundtable that certifies your knowledge, skills and abilities as a tech manager.
